Step #1: Turn off your smart watch and disconnect it from charger (if you are charging it). Also remove the watch band, especially when you are using a leather band.

Step #2: Now keep your Apple Watch under tap water for 15 odd seconds; make sure the water is lukewarm and not running fast.

Step #3: While water is running over the watch, you need to keep pressing and turning Digital Crown so that water runs over that little gap seen between the crown and watch body.

Step #4: At last, wipe your Apple Watch with a smooth and lint-free cloth.

This should probably solve Digital Crown not turning issue on your Apple Watch.

Clean and Dry Apple Watch

You have cleaned and dried your watch Digital Crown; now, it is time to clean and dry your Apple Watch. Your smart watch normally gets damaged by soaps, cleaning agents, abrasive materials, compressed air, ultrasonic cleaning, and external heat sources.

Step #1: Power off your Apple Watch first and disconnect it from charger.

Step #2: Make your watch clean with a smooth and lint-free cloth. You can dampen the cloth with fresh water to clean your watch.

Step #3: Last, dry the watch with that smooth and lint-free cloth.
