Once you are outdoors, toggle Wi-Fi option on and off a few times. Launch Settings → Wi-Fi → Toggle ON/OFF.
Open Settings and toggle ON Airplane Mode. After a few seconds, toggle it OFF.
Similarly, you need to toggle ON/OFF Cellular/Mobile Data a few times. Settings → Cellular → Cellular Data.
Solution 1. Turn Location Services ON/OFF
Step #1: Open Settings on your iPhone/iPad.
Step #2: Scroll down and tap Privacy.
Step #3: Now tap on Location Services.
Step #4: Toggle Location Services OFF and then toggle it ON.
Solution 2. Leave the Game

Step #1: Double Press the Home button to invoke multitasking screen.
Step #2: Now swipe to side and stop when Pokemon Go card appears.
Step #3: Finally swipe the Pokemon Go card.
Step #4: Reopen the Pokemon Go on your iOS device.
Solution 4. Reset Network Settings
This might be a troublesome process for many users, but the trick may give you good results.
Step #1: Launch Settings app on your iPhone/iPad.
Step #2: Tap General.
Step #3: Tap on Reset.
Step #4: Tap on Reset Network Settings.
Step #5: Reset Network Settings will swipe up from the bottom.

Solution 1. GPS Signal on Android Phone
Step #1: Open Settings on Android phone.
Step #2: Find the Location option and tap on it.
Step #3: Toggle Location ON.
Step #4: Now tap on Mode (High accuracy); in many Android phones, this option is also labelled as Location method.
Step #5: You will notice three options with radio buttons on the right side: High accuracy, Battery saving, and Device only or GPS only.
Step #6: Tap on the first option, i.e. High accuracy.
If GPS option on your device is already ON, you need to switch it OFF and then start this option again after a few seconds.
Solution 2. Forget Wi-Fi
Step #1: Launch Settings on your Android smartphone.
Step #2: Tap on Wi-Fi.
Step #3: Tap on current Wi-Fi network.
Step #4: Now tap on Forget Wi-Fi button.
After a few seconds, reconnect your Android phone to the same Wi-Fi network by entering the password.
