How to Cancel Amazon Prime Subscription

If you have made up your mind to jump over to other services like Netflix, you can cancel your Amazon Prime membership. You can discontinue your Amazon Prime subscription at any time – during your trial period or after the free trial is over.

Step #1: Launch Safari any other browser from iPhone, iPad, Mac, Android or Windows 10 PC.

Step #2: Log into your account.

  • Choose Hello. Sign in Your Account from the top right corner of Amazon.com page.
  • Type in your email id and password you have created for a regular Amazon account.

Step #3: Choose Hello. ‘YOUR NAME’ Your Account in the top right corner of Amazon.com’s page.

Step #4: Click on Your Prime Membership from drop-down list.

Step #5: Click or tap on Do Not Continue or End Membership from the list seen in the left side of web page.

Step #6: You will be landed on a screen, where you need to click on Do Not Continue or End Membership.

Though you can cancel your membership now, remember that you can always sign up again in future.
