Apple’s iPhones and iPad, after updated to iOS 11.1, have witnessed strange error. It is a small bug as when users type ‘i’ letter, it gets changed to letter ‘A’ with a symbol. Apple is going to fix this issue forever in its next update, but for now, you need to take care of this and fix the annoying ! (?) text bug on iPhone and iPad running iOS 11.1.

There are two possible solutions to this issue of letter i predictive text bug: you can use text replacement or simply download and use third-party keyboards on your iPhone or iPad.

How to Fix Letter “i” AutoCorrect Bug in iOS 11.1 on iPhone and iPad

Step #1: Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.

Third-party keyboards cannot access iOS autocorrect system, and therefore, you may not have to face this bug. So, if text replacement fails to work on your iPhone or iPad, download and install third-party keyboards from App Store.
