Step #2. Now, tap on the Camera shutter button during FaceTime Call.

Note: If the person on other side is not using latest iOS version, then you will get a warning message while capturing Live Photo.

Note that mere using latest iOS version is not enough; to capture Live Photos, both users must use an iPhone or iPad that supports Live Photo feature. If the device doesn’t have Live Photo, the user will receive a warning message: Live Photos must be enabled on both devices to use this feature.
