They say that your fame doesn’t allow you to take a break. Developers at WhatsApp are feeling the same. Throughout the year, there have been quite a few updates and new features that make WhatsApp users’ life more comfortable. At the same time, these useful updates and features keep WhatsApp team busy always.
You give more and people expect more. And WhatsApp has always raised the bar on awesome features and therefore, users have long been expecting something special in Camera feature of the app. Apart from GIF support, people wanted an updated camera interface.
Until now, users have fed up watching that big blue shutter button and aged flash and switch camera icons. Users won’t see the upper box that would ask you to Send image to contact. The blue button is replaced with a new white shutter button, new flash and switch camera icons, a roll of the most recent images for quick sharing.
Moreover, you will get a tip at the top that will tell you how to take videos. Keep holding that white shutter button and it will turn red and will start recording videos. Just take your finger off to stop recording video.
Once you shoot video or click photo, you will be surprised to find new interface to share and caption the photo/video. The round grey and white icons to cancel and send content, you will find a teal green floating action button to send. The caption box is relocated the bottom of screen and a back arrow at the top that works as cancel option.
The beta versions are equipped with these changes. Use these features by downloading APK mirror links and enjoy the new camera interface.
